Once your order is placed, it takes approximately 3-5 business days for us to prepare your order. Once your order is shipped, the delivery dates are estimated by Canada Post. All packages are tracked. If you are experiencing delays or problems with the shipping experience, please contact Canada Post with your tracking number.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

If you are local to the Belleville + Quinte area, we also offer free contactless pickup.
